St. Mary’s – 2 Mediterranean Gulls were at Porthloo and a Whimbrel was on Porthcressa beach. Samson – A Ruddy Shelduck of unknown origin was on Green Island. Annet – 300+ Manx Shearwaters were offshore.
St. Mary’s – A Common Sandpiper and 3 Greenshanks were at Porth Hellick. A juvenile Cuckoo was been fed by Rock Pipits near the coastal path by the airfield tuning circle
At sea – A Great Skua, 100+ Manx Shearwaters and 2 Ocean Sunfish were seen from the Scillonian on the crossing from Penzance to St. Mary’s.
