St Mary’s – Grasshopper Warbler reeling at Porth Hellick between 04:00 & 05:00 hrs.

Bryher – Curlew (25), Whimbrel (3) and Hooded Crow on the island today.
The only bird reported today was a Cuckoo at Old Town, St Mary’s.
St. Mary’s – Cuckoo at Porth Hellick Down St. Agnes – Turnstone (14), Curlew and Whimbrel. Also Hummingbird Hawkmoth. Western Rocks – Bridled Guillemot reported today Scilly Pelagic – Birds (and others) seen from this evenings Pelagic included: European Storm-Petrel (30), Common Dolphin (20) and an Ocean Sunfish
St. Mary’s – Cuckoo (2) on Peninnis Head today Annet – Turnstone (4), Curlew and Manx Shearwater (30+) St. Agnes – Long-tailed Skua (adult) flew west past island (per Paul Dukes) Tresco – Dunlin, Curlew, Common Buzzard and Swift (2)

Very little to report from the islands today with just a Cuckoo and two Wheatear on St Agnes and Turnstone (7) on Gugh.
St Mary’s – NIGHT HERON (1st Summer) at Porth Hellick Pool again today. Also Cuckoo on The Garrison Bryher – Swift (10) and Hooded Crow today Scilly Pelagic – Short Range pelagic trip 6 miles SE of St. Mary’s this evening produced 20 European Storm-Petrels, 6 Manx Shearwater, 1 Sooty Shearwater, 1 Read more…

St Mary’s – Honey Buzzard flew towards Trewince at 09.35hrs then over Airport Lane at 10.20hrs. Also Cuckoo at Maypole St Agnes – Cuckoo reported today Tresco – Hobby at Gimble Porth today
