Cattle Egret – 5 Parting Carn and 2 at Trewince.
Pink-footed Goose – 1 still at Little Arthur Farm, St. Martin’s.
Great Northern Diver – 1 off Peninnis and 1 in the Roads.
Little Ringed Plover – 1 still on Periglis Beach, and 1 Troy Town Farm, St. Agnes.
Common Sandpiper – 2 on Porth Hellick Pool, 1 at Porth Minnick and 1 still on Periglis Beach, St. Agnes.
Whimbrel – 4 Porth Killier, St. Agnes and 1 on Pentle Beach, Tresco.
Bar-tailed Godwit – 7 flew over Porth Killier, St. Agnes and 3 on Pentle Beach, Tresco.
Common Tern – 1 off the Eastern Isles.
Merlin – 1 flew over the airfield and was later seen over Porth Mellon.
Common Swift – the first of the year was 1 over Troy Town Farm, St. Agnes.
Cuckoo – The first of the year was on Castella Down, St. Agnes.
Rook – 1 on the Golf Course.
Skylark – 1 southeast of Longstone.
Cetti’s Warbler – 1 in the Standing Stones Field, Lower Moors.
Sedge Warbler – 1 in the Standing Stones Field, Lower Moors.
Pied Flycatcher – a female in trees behind the Water Treatment Plant on Bryher.
Ring Ouzel – 2 on the Golf Course, 4 around Periglis area, St. Agnes, 1 Pound Lane, St. Martin’s and 1 on White Island.
Tree Pipit – 1 on St. Martin’s Cricket Pitch.
Yellow Wagtail – 1 on the east of St. Agnes.
Blue-headed Wagtail – 2 on Tresco Heliport.
White Wagtail – 1 Porth Hellick Beach and 4 at Periglis, St. Agnes.
Thursday (20/04)
GULL-BILLED TERN – An adult summer bird was seen flying past a boat from St. Mary’s to Tresco. This is only the sixth record for Scilly, the last one been seen on St. Mary’s 23 years ago.

Night Heron – 1 flushed from Pol Road flew to the south side of the Great Pool, Tresco.
Woodchat Shrike – 1 was still near the Woolpack Battery on the Garrison.
Cattle Egret – 1 Parting Carn and 1 on Simpson’s Field, Tresco.
Snow Bunting – The male was still on St. Agnes cricket pitch.
Wood Warbler – 2 Rushy Bay, Bryher.
Great Northern Diver – 2 in the Roads.
Little Egret – 1 at Porth Hellick.

Shoveler – 3 on Tresco.
Pintail – 1 on Tresco.
Pochard – 7 on Tresco.
Ruff – 1 Porth Couse, St. Agnes.
Common Sandpiper – 2 Shark’s Pit, Porth Couse, St. Agnes and 3 on Tresco.
Green Sandpiper – 1 circling Troy Town StAgnes and later seen at Porth Warna.
Bar-tailed Godwit – 2 on Martin’s Flats. And 2 on Periglis Beach, St. Agnes.
Whimbrel – 5 on the Golf Course, 18 on Martin’s Flats and 10 on the south shore of Trsco.
Merlin – 1 flew past Rushy Bay, Bryher and 1 Chapel Down, St. Martin’s.
Common Swift – 1 over Hugh Town and 1 over Olivia’s Café, Bryher.
Cuckoo – 1 on the Golf Course, 1 calling between Trenoweth & McFarland’s Down and 1 calling on west coast of Tresco.
Rook – 1 still on the Golf Course.
Skylark – 1 on the Golf Course.
Ring Ouzel – 3 on the Golf Course, 1 on Wingletang Down, St. Agnes.
Tree Pipit – 1 on Chapel Down, St. Martin’s.
Yellow Wagtail – 1 flew over Castella Down, St. Agnes.
Blue-headed Wagtail – 1 in the overgrown pasture opposite Pelistry Riding Stables, on the beach below Karma Hotel, St. Martin’s and 4 on Tresco Heliport
White Wagtail – 1 Porth Coose, St. Agnes and 1 on Bryher.
Vagrant Emperor Wagtail – 1 near Richard Pearce Studios on Bryher.

Ruff – 1 Porth Couse, St. Agnes.
Pochard – 7 on Abbey Pool, Tresco.
Common Sandpiper – 4 on Tresco, 1 on Periglis Beach, St. Agnes and 2 at Shark’s Pit.
Bar-tailed Godwit – 1 Porth Coose & 2 Periglis Beach, both St. Agnes, 4 in Pentle Bay, Tresco and 1 Porthloo.
Whimbrel – 3 Porth Coose and 3 on Tresco south shore.
Common Tern – 1 Cove Vean, St. Agnes
Common Buzzard – 1 flew high over Holy Vale.
Merlin – 1 on Wingletang Down, St. Agnes.
Common Swift – 1 over Porth Hellick/Higher Moors,1 feeding over the fields just north of Juliet’s Garden Café and 1 flying around St.Mary’s Parish Church in the evening and possibly roosting.

Common Whitethroat – A female near the Steven Sussex hide at Porth Hellick.
Ring Ouzel – 3 on the Golf Course, 1 on Tresco, 3 on the hotel pitch and putt course, Bryher.
Fieldfare – 1 on Porthloo Lane near the Golf Club entrance.
Black Redstart – 1 in a garden on High Lanes.
Whinchat – 1 on Tresco Heliport.
Blue-headed Wagtail – 5 on Tresco Heliport.
Vagrant Emperor Wagtail – 1 by Hell Bay Hotel entrance, Bryher.

Pintail – A drake on the Abbey Pool, Tresco.
Pochard – 5 on the Abbey Pool, Tresco.

Common Swift – 1 over Porthloo.
