Lesser Scaup – The first-winter bird was still on the Great Pool, Tresco.
Blyth’s Reed Warbler – An Acrocephalus warblernear Shooter’s Pool, Lower Moors was thought by some observers to be this species.
Spotted Sandpiper – 1 still at Watermill Cove.
Hoopoe – 1 still at Popplestone, Bryher.
Olive-backed Pipit – 1 again in the weedy field next to Nowhere allotment.
Richard’s Pipit – 1 still in the grassy field on High Lanes.
Red-breasted Flycatcher – 1 still in the glade next to Rosemary Cottage, Sandy Lane.
Woodlark – 1 still on the Sunnyside Farm Trail.
Snow Bunting – 4 still at Deep Point, 1 Toll’s Island and what may have been this bird was seen on the kelp pit rocks at Pelistry.
Spotted Redshank – on the Great Pool, Tresco.
Yellow-browed Warbler – 2 on Porth Hellick Loop Trail, 2 in Lower Moors, 2 Holy Vale, 1 near the cadet hut on the Garrison and 1 Carn Gwaval.
Siberian Chiffchaff – 2 in Lower Moors, 1 Holy Vale and 1 at Periglis, St. Agnes.
Whooper Swan – 6 still on the Great Pool, Tresco.
Pale-bellied Brent Goose – 5 off the Blockhouse, Tresco.
Pink-footed Goose – 2 on the Great Pool, Tresco, also seen on Bryher Pool.
Purple Sandpiper – 1 on Crab’s Ledge, South Beach, Tresco.
Pochard – 1 on the Great Pool, Tresco.
Eider – 1 on Rock near Diamond Ledge. Green Island, Samson.
Lapwing – 1 on Bryher.
Kingfisher – 1 Old Town Bay.
Skylark – 5 on St. Martin’s.
Cetti’s Warbler – 1 at Shooter’s Pool.
Garden Warbler – 1 on the Dead Pine Walk on the Garrison.
Redwing – Most have moved on, the only reports were 15 on Bryher and 1 Old Town.
Black Redstart – 2 Porth Cressa and 3 on St. Agnes.
Spotted Flycatcher – 1 in the cricket pitch elms, St. Martin’s.
White Wagtail – 1 on St. Martin’s.
Brambling – 3 on Sunnyside Farm Trail, 1 in the allotment at Nowhere and 2 at Little Arthur Farm, St. Martin’s.
Siskin – 150 St. Martin’s, 10 on Bryher and 4 on Sunnyside Farm Trail.
