Bluethroat – The female was still on the mud bordering Porth Hellick Pool.
Wryneck – 1 on the track to the Coastguards Café, St. Agnes.
Short-eared Owl – 1 has been seen in recent evenings at Middle Town, St. Martin’s.
Ruff – The “reeve” was still on Porth Hellick Pool.
Lapwing – 1 flew over Carn Vean Lane and landed in field on the road towards Normandy.
Dunlin – 36 on Bryher Pool.
…Common Sandpiper – 1 Porth Hellick Pool.
Green Sandpiper – 2 on Lower Moors Pool.
Sparrowhawk – 1 in the bushes by Carn Vean Tea Rooms and it or another at Porthloo Duck Pond.
Whitethroat – 8 on Bryher.
Garden Warbler – 1 on the Garrison.
Willow Warbler – 20 on Bryher.
Spotted Flycatcher – 16 on Bryher, 3 Carn Friars Farm, 3 on the Garrison and 1 Salakee Farm.
Pied Flycatcher – 3 on Bryher, 1 Carn Friars Farm and 1 Garrison.
Wheatear – 20+ on Bryher.
Whinchat – 9 on Bryher, 3 Carn Friars Farm and 1 on Peninnis.
Tree Pipit 3 on Bryher, 2 on the Garrison and 1 on Peninnis.

Wilson’s Storm-petrel – 3 on the evening fishing/pelagic trip 5 miles south west of Bishop Rock, this takes the season’s total to 127, a new record!
Little Gull – 2 on the evening fishing/pelagic trip 5 miles south west of Bishop Rock. This is a scarce bird in Scillonian waters.
Sooty Shearwater – 5 o the evening fishing/pelagic trip 5 miles south west of Bishop Rock.
Manx Shearwater – 500 on the evening fishing/pelagic trip 5 miles south west of Bishop Rock.
European Storm-petrel – 50 on the evening fishing/pelagic trip 5 miles south west of Bishop Rock.
Great Skua – 1 on the evening fishing/pelagic trip 5 miles south west of Bishop Rock.
Golden Oriole – A female near Middle Town, St. Martin’s.
