PALE-LEGGED or SAKHALIN LEAF WARBLER – A bird which was one of these two species was found dead in the garden of St. Agnes Lighthouse after flying into a window. Whichever species it turns out to be, it will be a first for Britain and the Western Palearctic. The previous record was not assigned to species, just a species pair.

Yellow-browed Warbler – 11 on St. Mary’s, 4 on St. Agnes and 1 on Tresco.
Siberian Chiffchaff – 1 Holy Vale.
Siberian Lesser Whitethroat – 1 Salakee.
Lapland Bunting – 3 on Bryher.
Snow Bunting – 1 on Peninnis .
Little Gull – 1 on a short-range pelagic trip.
Short-eared Owl – 1 on St. Agnes and 1 a short-range pelagic trip.
Merlin – 1 around St. Mary’s, 1 Annet and 1 St. Agnes.
Osprey – 1 Tresco.
