An adult Common Gull was at Porthmellon on 7th and 6 Ringed Plover were at Porthloo. A Whimbrel was at Pendrathen and a Firecrest was in holy Vale. On the 8th four Pale-bellied Brent Geese were at Lower Town, St Martin’s and the following day the Black Duck was on Abbey Pool. The Common Gull and three Black Redstarts were on Porthcressa beach.
On the 10th the Barnacle Goose was on Abbey Pool and a Long-tailed Duck remained off New Grimsby. A Firecrest was at the end of Salakee Lane, St Mary’s and three Snow Buntings were on Round Island. On the 11th a Firecrest was at Kittydowns/Lunnon and three Black Redstarts were at Porthcressa. A Common Scoter was by Hugh Town Quay on the 12th.
