Saturday 3rd to Monday 5th January 2015 IoS Bird Sightings

Saturday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – The Eastern Black Redstart made a trip to Porth Mellon before returning to Shark’s Pit and a Long-eared Owl was still at Trewince.

St. Agnes – 2 Jack Snipes.

Sunday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – The Eastern Black Redstart was still at Shark’s Pit, 3 Black Redstarts were at Little Porth, a Yellow-browed Warbler was in Lower Moors and an Iceland Gull flew past Morning Point.

Monday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – The Eastern Black Redstart again made a trip to Porth Mellon before returning to Shark’s Pit, 3 Black Redstarts were on Porthloo Beach and the Yellow-browed Warbler was still in Lower Moors.

St. Agnes – A Siberian Chiffchaff was at Lower Town Farm.
