Thursday 1st and Friday 2nd January 2015 IoS Bird Sightings

Thursday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – The Eastern Black Redstart was still at Shark’s Pit, a Long-tailed Duck was off the Old Quay in Hugh town and a Kingfisher was on Shooters’ Pool, Lower Moors.

Tresco – A Barnacle Goose and a Little Grebe.

Friday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – The Eastern Black Redstart was still at Shark’s Pit and 2 Long-eared Owls were at Trewince.
