Saturday (08/11)

St. Mary’s – A Yellow-browed Warbler and a Siberian Chiffchaff were in the ‘Dump Clump’.

Sunday (09/11)

St. Mary’s – A major rarity for Scilly, a first-winter RING-BILLED GULL was on the airfield. Also there were 5 Skylarks a Golden Plover and a near summer-plumage male Wheatear.

Tuesday (11/11)

St. Mary’s – The Ring-billed Gull was again on the airfield, a Short-eared Owl was on the golf course and a Yellow-browed Warbler was trapped and ringed at Porth Hellick. There was an obvious influx of Common Snipe with 30 at Porth Hellick and 25 at Lower Moors.
