St. Mary’s – The Bee-eater was seen at Watermill & Tremelethen and the 3 Buff-breasted Sandpipers were still on the airfield. The Pectoral Sandpiper was at Porth Hellick and was also seen at Lower Moors. The juvenile Woodchat Shrike was still between Holy Cottage & the campsite on the Garrison. There were now 8 Lapland Buntings on Peninnis Head and a Grey Phalarope & 2 Sooty Shearwaters flew past Deep Point in the evening. A new record for Scilly, 19 Mediterranean Gulls were at Porthloo.
St. Agnes – the Pectoral Sandpiper & the Baird’s Sandpiper were still on the Big Pool and elsewhere on the island were a Wryneck, a Common Redstart and a Lapland Bunting.
Gugh – A Lapland Bunting.
St. Martin’s – A Woodchat Shrike, a Lapland Bunting and a Wryneck.
