Spotted Crake – 1 by the boardwalk near the start of the Porth Hellick Loop Trail.
Hoopoe – 1 still by the ramp at South Beach, Tresco.
Lapland Bunting – 1 flew over Peninnis.
Snow Bunting –1 on the beach at Bar Point (photo).
Great White Egret –2 on Tresco, 1 Old Town Bay
Cory’s Shearwater – 15 on a morning mini-pelagic, 37 past Peninnis from 08:35-09:05, 2 off Horse Point, St. Agnes and 8 in Scilly waters seen from the Scillonian III on the crossing from St. Mary’s to Penzance.
Great Shearwater – 1 on a morning mini-pelagic, 1 past Peninnis from 08:35-09:05 and 3 in Scilly waters seen from the Scillonian III on the crossing from St. Mary’s to Penzance.
Sooty Shearwater – 1 on a morning mini-pelagic.
Manx Shearwater – 1 on a morning mini-pelagic and 8 in Scilly waters seen from the Scillonian III on the crossing from St. Mary’s to Penzance.
Puffin – 1 in Scilly waters seen from the Scillonian III on the crossing from St. Mary’s to Penzance.

Little Grebe – 3 on Abbey Pool, Tresco.
Grey Phalarope 1 in Scilly waters seen from the Scillonian III on the crossing from St. Mary’s to Penzance.
Golden Plover –1 flew north over Castle Down, Tresco.
Bar-tailed Godwit – 2 on Porthloo.
Whimbrel – 6 on rocks off Innisidgen.
Yellow-legged Gull –2 adults on rocks northeast of Giant’s Castle.
Osprey – 1 around Tresco and it or another seen around St. Mary’s.
Marsh Harrier – 1 flushed from Porth Hellick Loop was later seen over Carn Vean.
Merlin – 1 flew over the Lifeboat Station towards Lower Moors.
Great Spotted Woodpecker – 1 calling at Longstone and Porth Hellick Loop.
Wryneck – 1 still on the west side of Peninnis
Kingfisher – 1 Porth Hellick Bay.
Skylark – 2 on the airfield.
Siberian Chiffchaff – 1 trapped and ringed at Porth Hellick Ringing Station.
Yellow-browed Warbler – On St, Mary’s: 1 trapped and ringed at Porth Hellick Ringing Station, 1 in the Dump Clump, 1 Salakee, 1 Rosehill, 2 Standing Stones Field, 1 in the Garrison Pines,1 Newford Duck Pond, 1 Content Lane, 1 Holy Vale, and 1 at the junction of Porthloo Lane & mount Flagon. On Tresco: 1 near the Abbey Pool, 1 Abbey Crossroads. On St. Martin’s: 1 on the Seven Stones Track: On Bryher 1 just inland from Anneka’s Quay On St. Agnes: 1 in the Parsonage Garden

Ring Ouzel – 1 in the pines above Bar Point and 1 flew 0ver L0ngstone.
Spotted Flycatcher – 1 on St. Martin’s.
Pied Flycatcher – 1 Old Town Churchyard.
Black Redstart – 3 Little Porth, 1 on the old Wesleyan Chapel, 1 on the Garrison walls, 1 Deep Point Quarry, 2 Porthloo and 4 Porth Mellon,
Common Redstart – 1 Porth Hellick bank.
Whinchat – 1 behind Popplestone Bay, Bryher and 1 on St. Martin’s.
Yellow Wagtail –2 on St. Martin’s.
Grey Wagtail – 1 Porthloo and 1 Lower Moors.

COMMON NIGHTHAWK – 1 flew over Longstone Café towards Higher Moors. This is the first record since 2008 when was found as a road casualty on St. Mary’s. the last live record was 1 on Bryher in late October 1999.
Lesser Yellowlegs – 1 still on Bryher commuting between the beach at Stinking Porth and the pool. Later walking around peoples feet in puddles below Hillside Farm
Hoopoe – 1 on the sandy track north of Bryher Pool.
Spotted Crake – 1 seen briefly in Lower Moors.
Great White Egret – 1 Porthloo then flew to Porth Mellon, 1 Old Town Bay, 1 Porth Hellick, 1 on Tresco and 1 on Bryher.
Spoonbill – 1 on the Golf Course!
Little Egret –22 roosted on Abbey Pool, Tresco
Snow Bunting – 1 still below the cliffs at Bar Point , 1 at Darity’s Hole and 1 at Pernagie, St. Martin’s.

Pink-footed Goose – 5 in a field at Pelistry
Barnacle Goose – 7 at the south side of Hell Bay flew off and landed on Shipman Head Down, Bryher.

Pochard – 6 on Abbey Pool, Tresco.
Marsh Harrier – 1 Eastern Isles.
Osprey – 1 Tresco Channel.

Black Redstart – 3 at Porth Mellon, 4 Little Porth.
Whinchat – 1 on by the footpath from Old Town to the airport,

Common Nighthawk – What may have been yesterdays bird on St. Mary’s was flushed from Perpitch on St. Martin’s. Unfortunately, as yesterday’s bird it was only seen by the original observer and could not be relocated,

Great Shearwater – 1 past Peninnis between 16:45 & 18:00 and 33 past Shipman Head Down between 16:00 & 17:30.

Pink-footed Goose – 5 in fields between Pelistry & Mount Todden and circled over the south side of St. Martin’s.

Long-tailed Duck –1 flew past horse Point after landing on the off Beady Pool, St. Agnes.
Great Skua – 1 past Peninnis between 08:30 & 09:30 and 1 past Shipman Head Down between 16:00 & 17:30.
