Dusky Warbler – 1 seen in Higher Moors in bushes before the Holy Vale end, was probably the bird that was trapped yesterday,

Serin – Still 2 in the weed patches in the Tremelethen chicken field.

Hen Harrier – A ringtail over Higher Moors and Porth Hellick Pool.

Barn Owl – 1 seen again at dusk in the area around Parting Carn chicken field. 

Great White Egret  – 1 in Old Town Bay headed towards Porth Cressa.

Whooper Swan– 1 flew over Porth Hellick Pool.

Swallow – A late bird was in Lower Moors.

Skylark – 2 in fields on King Edward’s Road, Peninnis.

Yellow-browed Warbler – 1 still on still in roadside willows on Sallyport, 3 on Porth Hellick Loop and 1 Carn Friars.

Siberian Chiffchaff – 1 Higher Moors pumping station and 1 on Porth Hellick Loop.

Firecrest – 1 Carn Friars.

Brambling – 1 in the weed patches in the Tremelethen chicken field.

Monday (18/11)

Great Northern Diver – 1 flew over Porth Cressa towards Town Bay.

Tuesday (19/11)

Great White Egret – 1 in Old Town Bay.

Barn Owl – 1 seen again at dusk in the area around Parting Carn chicken field. 

Wednesday (20/11)

Dusky Warbler –  The ringed bird was seen in bushes halfway along the path from the road to the Stephen Sussex hide.

Barn Owl – 1 seen in the usual fields around Parting Carn Junction just after dusk.                        

Spoonbill  – 3 on Green Island.

Great White Egret – 1 still in Old Town Bay and 2 on Tresco.

Dark-bellied Brent Geese – 1 on Tresco.

Pintail – A drake on Tresco.

Shoveler – 5 on Tresco.

Pochard – 5 on Tresco.

Bar-tailed Godwit – 7 on Tresco.

Kingfisher – 1 ait Little Porth.

Great Spotted Woodpecker – 1 past Higher Moors pumping station towards Kittydown.

Yellow-browed Warbler – 1 trapped and ringed at Porth Hellick ringing station.

Swallow –  A late bird over Porth Hellick Bank and  Old Town.

Siberian Chiffchaff  –  2  (1 singing) in bushes on the path from the road to the Stephen Sussex hide and 2 on Tresco.

Firecrest –  1 by Higher Moors pumping station and 1 on Tresco

Thursday (21/11)

Dusky Warbler – The ringed bird was till in the bushes along the path between the road and the Stephen Sussex hide, Porth Hellick.

Siberian Chiffchaff – 2 in the sane aera as the Dusky Warbler.

Yellow-legged Gull – An adult on rocks in Pilchard Pool, Porth Cressa.

Great Spotted Woodpecker – 1 in the same area as the Dusky Warbler.

Swallow – A late bird was till around Old Town Café.

Friday (22/11)

Cattle Egret – 2 flew over Pungies Lane

Pink-footed Goose –  still in a field between Mount Todden and Pelistry.

Hen Harrier – A ringtail was at Porth Hellick Pool.

Kingfisher – 1 at Porth Hellick Pool.

Ring Ouzel – 1 in the field below Porth Hellick House.

Saturday (23/11)

Great Shearwater – 3 flew past Giant’s Castle.

Manx Shearwater – 1 flew past Giant’s Castle

Yellow-legged Gull – A first-winter bird flew over Longstone.

Ring Ouzel – 1 still in the field below Porth Hellick House.
