Another wet & windy day but still a few birders left out there. The Little Bunting was still in the weedy field opposite Porth Mellon Industrial Estate and a Red-throated Pipit was found on the Golf Course.
9 Common Scoter were off Carn Near, Tresco, a Little Grebe & a Jack snipe were on the Big Pool, St. Agnes, 3 Woodcock were at Longstone, 2 were at content & 4 were on St. Agnes, 7 Lapwing were on the Airfield, 1 was on the Golf Course & 1 was at Browarth, St. Agnes and 11 Mediterranean Gull were in Tresco Channel. 2 late Swallow were on the Garrison & another was at the Riding Stables, Yellow-browed Warbler were at Porthloo Lane, Trenoweth, Newford Duck Pond, Content & Sallyport, a Lesser Whitethroat was in the Parsonage Garden, St. Agnes and a Firecrest was at Longstone & 4 were on St.Agnes. A Ring Ouzel was on the Garrison, a Mistle Thrush was at the Riding Stables, 2 Wheatear were on the Golf Course, the Red-breasted Flycatcher was still on St. Agnes and 40+ Black Redstart were on St. Mary’s. 2 Brambling were at Porth Coose, St. Agnes and 4 Siskin were at Bar Point.
