Cattle Egret – 5 Tresco.
Rose-coloured Starling – 2 juveniles on St. Martin’s.
Bullfinch – A female of this Scilly scarcity was seen at Cove Vean, St. Agnes.
Red-breasted Flycatcher -1 on Bryher.
Red-throated Diver – 1 off Bryher.
Great Spotted Woodpecker – 1 by the cricket pitch on St. Martin’s.
Red-backed Shrike – 1 St. Agnes.
Yellow-browed Warbler – 10 on St. Mary’s. 1 on Bryher, 1 on St. Martin’s, 2 on St. Agnes and 2 on Tresco.
Firecrest – 1 Carreg Dhu Gardens, 1 Porth Hellick, 1 St. Agnes and 1 St. Martin’s.
Spoonbill – 2 adults and a juvenile on Green Island, Samson.
Red-breasted Merganser – 1 in Old Town Bay.
Black Redstart – 9 on St. Mary’s, 5 on St. Agnes, 3 on Gugh and 1 on St. Martin’s.
Whooper Swan – 1 on Abbey Pool, Tresco.
Common Scoter – 3 near Teän.
Great Northern Diver – 2 Tresco Channel.
Golden Plover – 9 over St. Agnes.
Whimbrel – 3 Porth Hellick Beach and 1 St. Martin’s.
Purple Sandpiper – 6 Western Rocks
Woodcock – 1 Garrison.
Wood Sandpiper – 1 on the Great Pool, Tresco.
Mediterranean Gull – 5 Tresco.
Short-eared Owl – 1 flew from St. Agnes to Annet
Kingfisher – 1 Porthcressa, 1 Porth Hellick and 1 Old Town Bay.
Merlin – 1 Pungies Lane, 1 Porth Hellick, 1 St. Agnes and 1 St. Martin’s.
Skylark – 21 St. Martin’s, 6 on St. Mary’s and 2 on St. Agnes.
Garden Warbler –1 on St. Agnes
Lesser Whitethroat – 1 St. Agnes and one Eastern type Trench Lane..
Ring Ouzel – 6 on St. Mary’s, 1 St. Martin’s, 1 St. Agnes and 1 Gugh.
Fieldfare – Several flocks of 30-50 reported on St. Mary’s, 20-30 on St. Agnes and a similar number on St. Martin’s.
Redwing – 30+ on St. Mary’s and 10 on St. Agnes.
Mistle Thrush – 1 Carn Friars.
Spotted Flycatcher – 1 St. Martin’s.
Redstart – 1 Old Town Lane and 1 St. Martin’s.
Whinchat – 1 Carn Friars, 1 Porth Hellick, 1 Tresco, 1 St. Martin’s and 1 Gugh.
Yellow Wagtail – 1 Airport, 1 Lower Moors and an eastern/ southern type bird on the airfield.
White Wagtail – 1 Porthcressa and 1 Old Town.
Brambling – 3 Lower Moors,1 Peninnis, 1 Standing Stones Field, 1 Rocky Hill and 3 St. Agnes.
Reed Bunting – 7 Standing Stones Field and 1 Gugh.
