Water Pipit – 1 on Porth Hellick Beach.
Corncrake – 1 in fields on the eastern side of Peninnis.
Spoonbill – 1 on Green Island, Samson.
Hawfinch – 7 on St. Mary’s, 12 on St. Martin’s, 1 on Tresco and 5 on St. Agnes.
Yellow-browed Warbler –4 on St. Mary’s, 3 on Tresco, 1 on Bryher, 1 on St. Martin’s and 1 on St. Agnes.
Firecrest – 8 on St. Mary’s, 2 on Tresco and 2 on St. Agnes.
Pink- footed Goose – 6 on Tresco.
Pale-bellied Brent Goose – 2 Porthloo.
Wigeon – 1 on the Great Pool, Tresco.
Pintail – A drake on Abbey Pool, Tresco.
Common Scoter – 7 in the Roads.
Great Northern Diver – 2 off Pelistry and 1 off the Garrison.
Little Grebe – 2 on the Great Pool, Tresco.
Buzzard – 1 on Tresco.
Golden Plover – 3 Tresco and 2 St. Agnes.
Whimbrel – 1 Pendrathen, 2 Porth Hellick, 1 Porthloo and 1 on Tresco.
Bar-tailed Godwit – 4 in Tresco Channel and 1 on St. Agnes.
Jack Snipe – 1 Tresco.
Mediterranean Gull –8 in Tresco Channel, 1 on the Abbey Pool, Tresco, 2 on the Great Pool, Tresco and 2 on St. Agnes.
Yellow-legged Gull – 1 on St. Agnes.
Short-eared Owl – 1 on St. Agnes.
Merlin – 1 St Martin’s, 1 St. Agnes and 1 Tresco.
Hooded Crow – 1 Bryher.
Lesser Whitethroat – 1 Porth Hellick and 1 on St. Agnes.
Common Whitethroat – 1 Holy Vale and 1 on the Garrison.
Ring Ouzel – 1 St. Agnes and 1 St. Martin’s.
Spotted Flycatcher – 1 St. Agnes
Black Redstart – 6 on St. Mary’s and 3 on St. Agnes.
Common Redstart – 1 on St. Agnes.
Whinchat – 4 on St. Mary’s, 2 on St. Agnes, 1 on St. Martin’s and 1 on Tresco.
Yellow Wagtail – 1 Tresco.
Brambling – 1 Porthloo, 1 on the Garrison, 2 on Tresco and 1 on St. Agnes. These were the first reports of the autumn.
Siskin – 50 at Longstone, 200 on Tresco and 25 on St. Martin’s .
