Tuesday’s Birds were:
St. Martin’s – The Rock Thrush was still at Bread and Cheese Cove and also there were 2 Ring Ouzels.
St. Mary’s – The Purple Heron was still on the pool at Lower Moors.
St. Agnes – The Western Subalpine Warbler was still near the Coastguards Cottages and elsewhere on the island were 4 Whimbrels, 3 White Wagtails, a Tree Pipit, and a Ring Ouzel.
Tresco – A Red-rumped Swallow was at the New Grimsby.
Wednesday’s birds were:
St. Martin’s – The Rock Thrush and a Ring Ouzel were still at Bread and Cheese Cove.
Tresco – A Woodchat Shrike was near the New Inn.
St. Mary’s – A Ring Ouzel was on the Golf Course and another was on Peninnis. A Jackdaw (a scarce bird on Scilly) was at Sunnyside.
St. Agnes – A Pied Flycatcher was at Covean.
