DUSKY THRUSH – A bird that was probably this species was seen and photographed by a single observer, sadly it could not be relocated.
Dusky Warbler – A second bird was caught and ringed at Porth Hellick and 2 were seen later between the hides and the road, probably the 2 birds ringed there in the last few days. 1 was at the Fruit Cage on St. Agnes,
Olive-Backed Pipit – 2 Old Town and 1 Maypole.
Pallas’s Warbler – 1 still in sallows on track from Deep Point Road to Porth Hellick Down.
Little Bunting – 1 Browarth, St, Agnes.
Richard’s Pipit – 1 over Parting Carn and 1 on Gugh.
Woodlark – 2 Sandy Lane.
Spoonbill – 1 on Green Island near Samson and 2 flew over St. Mary’s
Hen Harrier – A ringtail flew over Porth Hellick.
Wryneck – 1 Peninnis.
Black-necked Grebe – 1 was still in Town Bay.
Slavonian Grebe – 1 off Lower Town Quay, St. Martin’s.
Firecrest – 13 on St. Mary’s and 1 on Bryher.
Yellow-browed Warbler – 14 on St. Mary’s, 7 on Tresco, 1 on Bryher and 1 St. Agnes.
Siberian Chiffchaff – 1 St. Agnes, 1 St. Martin’s and 1 Borough Farm, Tresco.
.Lapland Bunting – 2 Bryher.
Snow Bunting – 1 on Peninnis .
Osprey – 1 visited Tresco, St. Agnes and St. Mary’s.
Merlin – 1 Newford Duck Pond, 1 Old Town, 1 Innisidgen, 1 Peninnis, 1 St. Agnes and 1 Tresco.
Pintail – 2 on Abbey Pool, Tresco.
Pochard – 4 on the Great Pool, Tresco
Common Scoter – 5 Tresco.
Great Northern Diver – A summer-plumage bird in the Roads.
Lapwing – 1 Trewince and 1 flew over the Great Pool, Tresco.
Whimbrel – 1 Old Town, 1 Porthcressa and 2 on Bryher.
Bar-tailed Godwit – 1 Bryher.
Curlew Sandpiper – 1 on the Abbey Pool, Tresco.
Purple Sandpiper – 1 St. Agnes.
Woodcock – 1 Bryher.
Jack Snipe – 1 Lower Moors and 1 Gugh.
Mediterranean Gull – 1 St. Martin’s.
Short-eared Owl – 1 Bryher and 2 Tresco.
Kingfisher – 1 Porth Hellick,1 Lower Moors, 1 Porthcressa, 1 Garrison and 1 Bryher .
Hooded Crow – 1 still on Bryher.
Lesser Whitethroat – 1 Lower Moors and 1 Peninnis.
Mistle Thrush – 1 Peninnis, 1 Normandy and 1 Tresco.
Black Redstart – 8 on St. Mary’s, 3 on St. Agnes and 3 on Tresco.
Common Redstart – 1 St. Agnes and 1 Tresco.
Whinchat – 1 Innisidgen, 1 Tresco, 1 St. Agnes and 1 St. Martin’s.
Tree Pipit – 1 Normandy.
