BLACK-BROWED ALBATROSS – At least 5 birders saw this bird as it flew past Gugh.
SEMI-PALMATED PLOVER – A small wader flying over Hugh town towards Porthcressa was heard to call and thought to be this species.
Little Bunting – 1 Lower Moors, 1 on St. Martin’s and 1 at Browarth, St. Agnes.
Eastern Yellow Wagtail – 1 in Peninnis Farm fields and in Lower Moors.
Short-toed Lark – 1 on the Airfield.
Barred Warbler – 1 Carn Friars Farm.
Woodlark – 1 in a field between Borough Farm and Watermill Lane.
Red-breasted Flycatcher – 1 Newford Duck Pond and 2 St. Agnes.
Wryneck – 1 Peninnis, 1 Porth Minnick and 1 in Buzza Quarry.
Firecrest – 3 on St. Mary’s and 2 on Tresco.
Yellow-browed Warbler – 14 on St. Mary’s, 6 on Tresco, 1 on St. Agnes and 2 on St. Martin’s.
Lapland Bunting – 3 on Peninnis.
Snow Bunting – 1 on the coastal path below the Golf Course, 1 Horse Point, St. Agnes and 1 flew past the pelagic trip at Seven Stones.
Black-necked Grebe – 1 in Town Bay.
Pomarine Skua – 1 on a short-range pelagic trip.
Sooty Shearwater – 2 on a short-range pelagic trip.
Balearic Shearwater -1 on a short-range pelagic trip, 1 past Peninnis and 1 was seen from the Scillonian III on the crossing from Penzance to St. Mary’s.
Grey Phalarope – 3 were seen from the Scillonian III on the crossing from Penzance to St. Mary’s.
Osprey – 1 on Teän.
Brent Goose – 6 were on the sea off St. Martin’s
Wigeon – 25 Tresco.
Pintail – 2 Great Pool, Tresco.
Shoveler – 1 Great Pool, Tresco.
Common Scoter – 4 in the Roads and 1 off Bar Point.
European Storm-petrel – 3 on a short-range pelagic trip.
Golden Plover – 3 Garrison and 2 on Castle Down, Tresco..
Grey Plover – 6 on Teän.
Knot – 1 Teän.
Curlew Sandpiper 1 St. Agnes and 1 Tresco.
Common Sandpiper – 1 Little Porth.
Whimbrel – 1 Toll’s Island and 1 Giant’s Castle.
Jack Snipe – 1 Shooters’ Pool, 1 Porth Hellick and 1 Great Pool, Tresco.
Mediterranean Gull – 1 Porthcressa, 1 on St. Agnes and 9 Tesco Channel.
Kingfisher – 1 Lower Moors, 1 Porth Hellick, 1 Old Town, 1 in the Harbour and one at Porth Killier, St. Agnes.
Garden Warbler – 1 Airfield.
Lesser Whitethroat – 1 Porthloo Lane.
Mistle Thrush – 1 Gugh.
Spotted Flycatcher – 1 Porthloo and 1 St. Agnes.
Pied Flycatcher – 1 Newford Duck Pond and 1 Tresco.
Black Redstart – 8 on St. Mary’s and 4 on St. Agnes.
