Monday’s Birds were:
St. Mary’s – The first-winter drake Surf Scoter was still off Innisidgen in Crow Sound. A Loggerhead Turtle, found on Porth Hellick Beach, was taken into care and flown to a rehabilitation centre on the mainland.
Tuesday’s birds were:
St. Mary’s – The juvenile Glaucous Gull was feeding on a seal carcase at Toll’s Porth, north of the Golf Course, A Kingfisher flew from Porth Mellon towards the industrial estate.
