Rare Whale in Scilly Waters!!

On Friday 20^th February a whale was seen and photographed close inshore in Par Bay, St. Martin’s. From the photos it  has been identified by experts  as a Bow-headed Whale. This is the first record of this Arctic species for Britain and Europe!
