St. Mary’s – A day for scarce warblers with an Icterine Warbler at Watermill, a Melodious Warbler at Carn Friars and pride of place going to a Western Bonelli’s Warbler on Content Farm. A Garden Warbler was at Carn Friars, a Common Sandpiper was on Little Porth, a Pied Flycatcher was in Old Town Churchyard, the Little Tern was still in the harbour at Hugh Town and a Dotterel was on the airfield before flying towards Peninnis.
Tresco – 4 Wigeon, 12 Teal, 3 Black-tailed Godwits, a Green Sandpiper, 16 Greenshanks, 3 Common Swifts and 3 Yellow Wagtails.
St. Agnes – A Common Sandpiper, 2 Whimbrels and a Pied Flycatcher
