Corys Shearwater, pelagic off Scilly (J.Pender)
St. Mary’s – A Citrine Wagtail was in the Carn Friars/Porth Hellick area, a Pied Flycatcher & a Tree Pipit were at Longstone, 6 Wheatears were on Peninnis and an adult & a juvenile Mediterranean Gulls were in Little Porth.
At sea – A Cory’s Shearwater, a Balearic Shearwater and 2 European Storm-petrels were seen from the evening Scillonian crossing from St. Mary’s to Penzance. A Cory’s Shearwater, an adult Sabine’s Gull, a Yellow-legged Gull, a Black Tern, an Arctic & 4 Great Skuas, 100+ European Storm-petrels, a Porbeagle & 2 Blue Sharks and 100+ Common Dolphins were seen on the evening pelagic trip
