St. Mary’s – There were still 2 Red-rumped Swallows at Porth Hellick Pool and nearby on the beach were 60+ Whimbrels and a Common Sandpiper. The Pink-footed Goose was still at Salakee and a siskin flew over Hugh Town.
Bryher – 5 Spotted Flycatchers and a Grasshopper Warbler.
St. Martin’s – A Short-eared Owl.
The weekly Seabird Special boat trip produced the first 4 Common Terns of the year as well as 5 Sandwich Terns.
