St Mary’s – The imm male Eider was again near Bar Point. St Martin’s – Two Ring Ouzel were in the Sheep Fields above Middle Town.
St Mary’s – An Osprey flew over The Garrison towards Peninnis this morning and a Short-eared Owl was on Salakee Down mid-afternoon. St Martin’s – A Ring Ouzel was in the sheep fileds nr Middle Town Samson – The two Spoonbills were still on the island today.

Another quiet day with the only birds of note being the two Spoonbills seen near Samson in the morning; one of which was later on St Martin’s and two Rooks on the Golf Course on St Mary’s.
St Mary’s – Little Egrets were seen at Porth Hellick and Porth Loo and the Greenshank was again on the Lower Moors Pool. A few Swallows and Wheatears were seen but there was little other migration of note other than a reported Garden Warbler at Kitty Down.
