St. Mary’s – The Dusky Warbler was still in Lower Moors where there were also 7 Common Snipes, 3 Jack Snipes, the Wilson’s Snipe, 2 Yellow-browed Warblers and a Firecrest, A Yellow-browed Warbler was in bushes at Newford duck Pond and a Short-eared flew from the direction of Samson over the Garrison and then over Hugh Town Quay and the first-winter drake Eider was off the quay. 6 Black Redstarts were on Porthloo Beach and 3 were on Porthcressa Beach.
