St. Mary’s – The Black and White Warbler was seen in Lower Moors woods but was very elusive. The Northern Waterthrush showed very well early morning and in the evening on the Project Pool between the dump and Lower Moors. The Solitary Sandpiper commuted between the Project Pool and Newford Duck Pond. The 4 Buff-breasted Sandpipers and the Woodchat Shrike on the airfield were joined by a Ruff. 2 Pectoral Sandpipers moved between Porth Hellick & Lower Moors and the Bee-eater was near Borough Farm. A knot & 19 Mediterranean Gulls were at Porthloo and a Wryneck was at Telegraph. A Baltimore Oriole was found on the Garrison mid-afternoon, it was in the pig field below the campsite and above Morning Point.
