St. Mary’s – A Corncrake was at Porth Hellick early morning and another morning bird was the Red-eyed Vireo found by, local birder and artist, Ren Hathway in his back garden! A Citrine Wagtail was in Lower Moors and a Wryneck was at the Telegraph end of Porthloo lane. A juvenile Spotted Sandpiper was found late evening at Pelistry and 7 Buff-breasted Sandpipers were still on the airfield. The Pectoral Sandpiper was till moving between Porth Hellick and Lower Moors.

St. Agnes – The Pectoral Sandpiper and at least one of the Aquatic Warblers were still on the Big Pool and the Lesser Yellowlegs moved from Porth Killier to join them.

Tresco – There were now 5 Pectoral Sandpipers on the island ( 2 on the Great Pool & 3 on Abbey Pool), bringing the current total for the islands to 7 birds. Also an hour’s sea-watch saw 300 Manx, 5 Cory’s, 6 Balearic and 3 Sooty Shearwaters

Bryher – A Red-backed Shrike and a Wryneck
