St Mary’s – Short-eared Owl, Wigeon, Teal (pr) at Porth Hellick. Common Scoter, Razorbill (5) and GN Diver (12) on the sea from Star Castle.

St Mary’s – Long-eared Owl, ‘Siberian’ Chiffchaff, Goldcrest (6), Woodcock (6), Snipe (15) and Redwing (50+) at Lower Moors. Also Whimbrel (4) and Curlew (20) at Bar Point St Agnes – ‘Siberian’ Chiffchaff (2) and Goldcrest (5) roosting in the Old Observatory Garden each night.
St Mary’s – Brent Goose (6 dark-bellied) off Bar Point. Also Whimbrel (8) and Bar-tailed Godwit. Tresco – Pink-footed Goose (4), Brent Goose (2 pale bellied), Short-eared Owl, Long-tailed Tit (4) and Little Grebe on the island today
St Mary’s – Yellow-legged Gull (3w) flew from Porthloo to Newfort Island, Porthloo. Also Black redstart on beach below the quay car park.
St Mary’s – Mistle Thrush (2) in field below Porth Hellick House. St Martin’s – Brent Goose (6) on the sea
St Mary’s – Mistle Thrush(3), Wigeon (2), Teal (6), Curlew (9), Lapwing (7), Greenshank (4), Redshank and Snipe (4) in Porth Hellick/Higher Moors area this afternoon. Long-Eared Owl (2) still in the Salakee/Poth Hellick area.
Tresco – 3 Pink-footed Geese between the heliport and Simpson’s Field.
