St. Mary’s – A Mistle Thrush in Old Town and 2 Long-eared Owls at Salakee Farm. Tresco – A female Red-breasted Merganser. Samson – A first-winter drake Eider.
Samson – Spoonbill & Red-breasted Merganser were the only reports of the day
St. Mary’s – The Rose-coloured Starling still at Telegraph and 2 Firecrests in Lower Moors. Samson – A first-winter Spoonbill on Samson Flats.
St. Mary’s – 2 Slavonian Grebes of Innisidgen and the Rose-coloured Starling still at Telegraph. Samson – 2 Spoonbills, an Eider and 7 Dark-bellied Brent Geese. Tresco – Black-throated Diver, Red-breasted Merganser and 6 Common Scoters. Bryher – A Hooded Crow.
St. Mary’s – Great Spotted Woodpecker and a Firecrest in Holy Vale and a Spoonbill in Old Town Bay were the only reports today.
