Monday 23/11 – Juvenile Sabine’s Gull and 2 first-winter Mediterranean Gulls at Porthloo and a first-winter drake Green-winged Teal in Lower Moors.
Tuesday 24/11 – Juvenile Sabine’s Gull and 2 first-winter Mediterranean Gulls still at Porthloo and the first-winter drake Green-winged Teal was again in Lower Moors. On Tresco 3+ Spoonbills in Tresco Channel, 8 Whooper Swans on the Great Pool, a Red-breasted Merganser, a Purple Sandpiper and 4 first-winter Mediterranean Gulls at Pentle Bay.
Wednesday 25/11 – Sabine’s Gull still at Porthloo, 2 Purple Sandpipers in Old Town Bay and a Little Auk on the sea off Toll’s Island.
Thursday 26/11 – Sabine’s Gull, a first-winter Mediterranean Gull and 2 Bar-tailed Godwits at Porthloo. 2 Spoonbills flew over Innisidgen also 4 Black Redstarts there and a Yellow-browed Warbler at Jac-a-Ba feeding station. On St. Martin’s a Little Auk was east of English Island Point, a Snow Bunting was near the Daymark and a Sandwich Tern was offshore.
Friday 27/11 – The Sabine’s Gull was still at Porthloo with 3 Lapwings there and the Yellow-browed Warbler was still at Jac-a-Ba feeding station.
Saturday 28/11 – The Sabine’s Gull was at Porthcressa and on St. Agnes a Richard’s Pipit flew from Porth Killier towards Gugh.
Sunday 29/11 – The Green-winged Teal, a drake Pintail and 2 Wigeon were at Porth Hellick Pool. 2 first-winter Mediterranean Gulls & 8 Lapwings were at Porthloo and the Sabine’s Gull was at Little Porth.
