The **GYR** did a tour of the islands today starting on St Mary’s over the Garrison at 09.30hrs then over Shipman Head, Bryher at 13.20hrs and finally on Tresco at Carn Near at 17.50hrs. St Mary’s – *CATTLE EGRET* and Iceland Gull (2 juvs) still at the dump this afternoon.

A relatively quiet month on the Islands with lingering rarities from January including the very obliging Cattle Egret at the dump and the juvenile Kumlien’s Gull that could be found at either the dump or Porth Mellon beach throughout the month. (more…)
