New Years Day Birding highlights on the Islands include:
Samson – *GYR* white morph again over South Hill at 16.15hrs.
Tresco – *CATTLE EGRET* (2) still in field by Pool Road late morning. Also Whooper Swan on Great Pool this morning and Med Gull in Pentle Bay early afternoon. Other birds on Tresco today include Little Gull, Marsh Harrier, Common Buzzard and Red-breasted Merganser.
